Service

The Pricyfy service provides product identification (barcode scanning, photo identification, and text search) and price comparison across retailer offers. Barcode scanning runs in your browser. Photo identification reads label text on our servers and may use third-party AI (Google Gemini) only when local text recognition is not confident enough. Uploaded images and usage activity are processed and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Where live partner feeds are not yet connected for a product or region, sample data may be shown for demonstration and must not be treated as a live retailer offer.

Privacy and data use

By using the service you acknowledge that searches, scans, photos, clicks, and related technical data may be logged to operate and improve the service. Product photos you submit are stored on our servers. They may be sent to Google Gemini for identification only when on-device text recognition is not sufficient. Affiliate disclosure

The Pricyfy service participates in affiliate programs through partner networks. We may receive a commission when users click affiliate links and complete a purchase with a partner retailer. This does not change the price you pay and does not influence the ranking of offers, which is based on price and store rating.

Accuracy

We aim to show accurate product and price information, but retailer prices, availability, shipping and terms can change at any time. Always confirm the final price and availability on the retailer website before buying. The operator is not the seller and is not party to any purchase you make with a retailer.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, generate artificial or fraudulent traffic, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for misleading or unlawful activity.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Loke Innala, as operator of the Pricyfy service, is not liable for losses arising from reliance on displayed prices, third-party retailer transactions, or service availability.

Tax responsibility

Any affiliate income is handled by the individual publisher, who is responsible for taxes and reporting according to applicable Swedish and EU rules.
